HS-BTB-40
Board-to-Board Connector
Power and signal in one stack, 0.8 mm pitch.
0.8-mm-pitch board-to-board family with stack heights from 4 to 12 mm. Power pins and signal pins share the same insulator — one placement on the PCB instead of two, which is why appliance makers keep specifying it.
Contacts are stamped phosphor bronze with selective gold on the contact zone. Available in 20/40/60-pin configurations, tape-and-reel for automated placement.

Questions engineers ask about this part
The questions your design and SQE teams send us — answered here, and answered live by the online assistant in the corner of this page.
- Do you supply the PCB footprint?
- Yes — every datasheet ships with a recommended land pattern in both PDF and DXF. Altium and KiCad footprints on request.
- Can it survive detergent mist?
- Yes — an optional gasketed variant (HS-BTB-40G) seals the mated stack to IP54, used inside washer control panels.
- Tape-and-reel compatible?
- Standard 12 mm embossed tape, per EIA-481. Pick-and-place nozzle size is on page 2 of the datasheet.
