GRS Recycled Nylon Ripstop
Post-consumer nylon with chain-of-custody.
75-denier ripstop woven from post-consumer recycled nylon 6,6 — fishing-net program material. GRS-certified with transaction certificates per order, so your hangtag claim survives an audit.
The fabric brands specify when the pledge says “recycled” and the hand still has to feel like first-quality nylon: dry touch, crisp snap, durable water repellency.

Questions buyers ask about this fabric
The questions your merchandisers and QA lab send us — answered here, and answered live by the online assistant in the corner of this page.
- How does GRS paperwork work?
- We hold the scope certificate; each shipment carries a transaction certificate naming your order. Send the TC template from your certifier and we file it.
- Does the hand feel different from virgin nylon?
- Barely — the program sorts feedstock by type. Side-by-side blind touches mostly land 50/50; we’ll send swatches of both so your team can judge.
- Any color limitations?
- Deep blacks and saturated neons need a second dye pass. Lab-dips confirm before bulk; surcharge applies below 1,000 m.
